This was easy to install and worked well with the desk mounted computer arm I have. Nice and tight, the monitor is secure.

Dell no VESA - solved
This mount adapter was exactly what I needed in order to mount my Dell monitors on a desktop stand. I, like probably many others, was surprised and frustrated to discover that Dell hadn’t provided a VESA-compliant mounting capability. Thankfully these adapters were available, though, and now I have a much less-cluttered workstation. They were exactly what I needed for my 2318nc and 2319nc monitors. They were super easy to install. Just slid right into place. I did have some trouble threading the mounting bolts into one of the adapter plates. Perhaps some kind of machining trouble at the factory? Not sure but I had to really force the issue and probably stripped the threads. Everything seems to be holding together just fine, though, so not a huge concern. I did knock off one star for it. Overall a fantastic product. Thank you so much, HumanCentric.

Great for Dell Monitors!
These worked very well for my Dell monitors that were not VESA compatible. Not very large and relatively lightweight steel. A good value if your Dell monitors are only compatible with the proprietary desk stand connection.

Does what it promises.
It does what it promises, and gives a second life to a monitor that had no vesa mount. I would like a better mechanism to stabilize the monitor instead of a srew but I can realize that it was not so easy.

Good quality but slow delivery in India
I ordered it from India and the product was shipped from US. Off course it took a while for the product to delivered - the packaging was very sturdy. The product itself is perfect. Does what it says. I feel that I could have found the same adapter from a local IT market at a cheaper rate but probably the build quality might not be so good.
