Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Large container makes it really good value

I have suffered with Arthritis in the right knee and Sciatica throughout the right leg for around ten years. I have never before seen any point in using these kind of supplements as I am probably the country's biggest cynic! However, two weeks ago I received my worst attack to date and was ready to try anything. I ordered the above Turmeric capsules and commenced the 6 month supply. Let me be very clear: A. I am not in the pay of the suppliers of the above. B. We all know how psychosomatics can work both ways; by causing imaginary pain or even by seeming to lessen genuine pain. C. I am making NO CLAIMS of relief due to taking these capsules. That said, no more than two complete days following the start of the course, the Arthritic pain dissipated by a very large degree and has since faded even further. The Sciatic pain (which I certainly did not expect relief from) has also become barely noticeable!!! Who knows?! Tomorrow my leg could drop off simply to make a liar out of me. Seriously, though, I will hopefully remember to update this review once I finish this first cycle to get a better appreciation of the product. At this point in time I am virtually pain free (from both afflictions) and have been for several days. Update: I have now finished my six month supply and have elected NOT to continue with them at this time. It may well have been a psychological effect or indeed a genuine improvement at the outset but half a year down the line my arthritic pain has returned at it's previous level. A shame, I feel as turmeric has a well proven record of efficacy when taken for arthritis. Probably just me, don't let it put you off.
