If you like dredged deep fried snacks this one is for you everything turns out so crispy !!! I mix this with some spices and seasoning before using and it turns out to be divine!! Your prayers are answered!

Though the ratio is mentioned as 2 of water to 1 of flour, I felt it required more flour. Other than that the vegetables came out crisp once more flour was added. Before that because of it being too liquidy the batter separated and came off the vegetables while deep frying.

Best Product at cheapest price
Tempura flour is very good.You dip chicken or prawns and fry....actually I was looking this product for long time..I found at Amazon....this product of this suppliers I found his price is cheapest Rs.250....other suppliers price was Rs.350....325....
