Has anyone compared the effects of this blend vs. a pure Berberine capsule in relation to insulin resistance? Which is better?

Hi there! We highly recommend looking at the amount of berberine to determine it's effectiveness. The herbs included in this supplement compliments that berberine's health benefits so in my honest opinion, our blend is better than just a pure berberine capsule but of course, each one of us is different and our body reacts differently depending on diet, lifestyle, health condition, etc.

Why does the bottle say serving size is one capsule but in the directions further down is says to take 3 capsules?

i don’t really know the answer … except i imagine one serving equals the amounts shown below that. and you need 3 capsules to get the whole 730mgs. i’m guessing. i’ve only taken one capsule daily which seems to work on inflammation for me … pretty much like one aleve tablet.
