They deserve an update. They replaced the broken item in days (and even gave me 2 extra).So far so good and so are they.Ordered and it came broken. They replaced it in 2 days which was very nice however the second unit is also broken. This time the rigid water tube in the water tank is cracked at the top where it connects to the flexible hose so no water.Once iwrapped it in electrical tape it works and I like the distance the water reaches (farther than my current one) so I would like keep one if they can ever get it shipped whole or send the replacement part quickly.

I both the purchased portable 1 gallon ( green top sprayer ) and the 1.5 gallon ( red top sprayer) last season ( 1 year ago)Sprayers worked great until this season, I had an issue and contacted the manufactures via email they gave me with the instructions.Customer service replied back the same day and sent me 1 new green top sprayer and parts to repair issue with the 1.5 gallon (red top sprayer)This company does make an excellent product ( do your part and take care it by cleaning and not leaving product sitting in the sprayer as with ANY SPRAYER.Simply said, YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CARES AND BACKS THEIR PRODUCT 100%.YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG ORDERING ITISLL PUMP SPRAYERS ( A QUALITY SPARYER AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE)

The cap that holds the handle to the cylinder tube was stripped. The next one came in fine condition. The strap is easy to adjust and comfortable on the shoulder. The difference in this unit to most of the others out there is the brass wand and nozzle. You have a much wider range of spray patterns.

The quality of this product is good. It seems well made and sprays well. I find, though, that the strap is not long enough and can not be adjusted sufficiently to allow best use.

Love this sprayer! I use it to spray Liquid Fence on the gardens to keep the deer from eating our plants. A fine mist of this foul smelling mixture is all that is needed. I have used many sprayers before this one and could not find a wand that could deliver a fine enough spray for this purpose but, the Itisll sprayer was perfect. After a year or so, we did have a problem with a component of the sprayer and the Itisll folks promptly sent us a new one after we told them about it. Would definitely recommend this sprayer.

I had been searching the home improvement stores for years to find a sprayer I don’t have to stoop over to use. Finally I found this one. The wand is metal and extends to whatever length you want. Also it has a shoulder strap which is really nice. I love it!

It is my first sprayer and I am 79years old I tell you that because it was easy to use easy to put together which i did myself. I really love your product and I received it in a timely manner .i received it before the beetles ate my rosrbush which I am very found of it was really easy to use and I got rid of the beetles the first time out Thank you and my Rosebush Thanks you.

I ordered the one gallon sprayer of this brand and after using it some time I was quite happy with it. so I ordered the 2 gallon size and after using it awhihle I'm not so happy. the threads on the the plunger housing and the ring that holds the plunger in its housing is'nt robust enough for the added weight of the 2 gallon sprayer and it comes loose leaving you holding the pump handle in your hand and the tank on the ground I had to super glue the ring on the housing making it impossible to take it apart to replace the plunger parts that were supplied with the sprayer. I paved extra money because this looked like a better sprayer, and I REALIZE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM WILL REQUIRE CONSIDERABLE RETOOLING AT THE FACTORY, but for lifetime gardeners like myself when they find something that woks they will continue to buy that modell. I suggest you opt for long term customer lotyalty over short term profit.

last year I used a third party company to spray weed killer on my yards twice a year. and using this product with weed be gone helped tremendously-you can decide how much you want to spray per square feet and the nozzle is pretty strong.In my opinion, sometimes third party companies rush through it and not as effective as doing it yourself.

Purchased this last summer and have only used it 3-4x. It was stored indoors. Tried to use it this year but there is a crack in the tubing inside the tank. It no longer works. There is 1 year warranty and I contacted the seller to get replacement parts or a whole unit. Unfortunately, they take really long to reply back to your messages and eventually stopped responding back... Terrible customer service. The product worked but it did not last long.

Box arrived damaged, box arrived opened and re-taped (most likely Customs), contents arrived perfect EXCEPT part was missing. Instead of returning I contacted seller via email. Amazing service, seller shipped missing parts. Used item yesterday and it works fantastic! Very happy with product, very happy with service! A+

Sprayed air mixed with a little liquid due to cracked suction tube at bottle exit fitting.Spray trigger lock constantly slides to locked position while spraying.Once some of the items issues were addressed, the spray was as described from mfg. Seems to have may light duty parts. Other than that it is functional today!

With this pump you do not need to attach it to the hose to work. Once you have put your spray in it gives a nice all over even spray on the plants. In addition it is not heavy to carry around.
