Why isn't the name yarkow wine filter shown anywhere on the packaging? it's made in china - can you trust ingredients?

The company is listed. But it could be the distributor. You are right. Ingredients aren't listed on box. Very generic. Envelopes inside do not have anything marked on them. Don't know what is inside???!! Don't trust because of being from China. Got them as a gift. Hope Amazon will look into China products more closely.

The replacement filters in the picture look square. The filters that came with the filter device are round. Will the replacement filters fit?

I’m not sure what you mean by will they fit. You simply drop the bag, which is sort of like a tea bag, into the glass of wine and leave it there for about five minutes. Mine are square but it shouldn’t matter if they’re around or any other shape. I’m thinking perhaps you misunderstood how they’re used?

Is there sunflower lecithin as an ingredient?

I have used them and they work for me. I get red and hot when I drink any alcoholic beverages, and these worked when I drank wine. I have not tried them for other drinks yet.
