Thank you for the great question. The Black Cohosh Root Powder is in a Capsule and the capsule size is '00' which is a little smaller than an inch long. This is the standard veggie capsule size. You can pull open the capsule and add the powder to hot water for a Black Cohosh Tea if you wanted an alternative way to enjoy the benefits of Black Cohosh.

Hi Thelma, our Black Cohosh is made from the whole root which is dried, then ground and put into capsules to maximize absorption. The capsule size is size "0" which is a medium size of around 19mm in length and 6.96mm in diameter.
