Blazer International C6423 Square Trailer Light Kit

I installed these on a jetski trailer that I've converted to a kayak hauler. I honestly didn't expect much from this light set and just bought it to get me through the first summer of use until I had time during the winter to rehab the trailer. Well, it's been two years now and I'm still using them as installed originally. After using the trailer, I decided to forgo my rehab for a future time, so these lights have worked almost every weekend and many weekdays here and there for 2 years as installed. I haven't replaced a bulb, had a leak or any problems so far.However, I imagine this will be changing soon. I did do a bit of work to the trailer this spring which involved relocating the ground wire. During the job, I discovered the ground wire had corroded badly, not unexpected. I think this will be the downfall of this light set. Being the curious sort, I checked the plug end of the ground wire and it was also corroded. Poked at the other wires and they are all corroded as well. The corrosion appears to travel the entire length of wire inside the insulation. I get that not much can be done about this issue at the factory, at this price.If they failed today I would purchase another set. They're that good for the price.Note: I do not submerse my trailer or lights, they have dealt admirably with mud, rain and snow, but I have not submersed them in water and do not plan to.

So, my buddy is a police officer and he lets me borrow his trailer to do dump runs and get landscaping supplies. The lights on the trailer have never worked and the lenses and housings are cracked, broken or missing. Now HE has always told me that I don't need the lights and not to worry about it, but after seeing someone pulled over on the road leading to the dump EVERY time I went, I realized that my buddy being a cop wont help me much getting out of a ticket.... so, for 25 bucks and about an hour of my time, I installed new lights, wiring and all, even put the side marker lights on! (which it never had before) All very easy to install, color for color on the stop/turn lights, and the side markers were just drilling a 1/4" hole for the bolt/nut attachment and a scotch lock connection (provided in kit). I have the proper crimper for adding the eyelet for the ground, but I think it can be done with just a pair of pliers if you are careful. All in all, this is good kit, all you need for a basic install. Very simple to do.

I purchased this product for a buddy get a trailer road ready that was pretty much left sitting out for years. The light set was easy to install and all the lights worked when we plugged it into the vehicle harness. I was very pleased that I was not short of wiring and had to splice in any additional wiring. I took off one star because the license plate bracket is pretty darn flimsy in my opinion. I am not very confident that if somebody walking along the passenger side of the trailer accidentally bumped up against the bracket that it would not break. Understanding that, I am always aware of where that bracket is while I am moving around the trailer and give others a heads up as well.One note, since the lights ground through the bolted connection to the chassis, it is important to really clean the metal of the trailer where the nuts are holding on the brake lights. You might not run into this issue, but if you have a pretty old trailer with rust issues, make sure to clean that area if the lights are not working properly.

I seldom use my utility trailer but bought a golf cart and needed the trailer to transport the cart home. I thought about the new LED lights but since I use the trailer so little the lights rot away before the lights burn out, so cheap lights were the ticket. These went on easy, fitting the old holes in the trailer. The package was complete with all the stuff you need to install except the tools, something the cut the wires with and bolts the attach the lights to the trailer. Great package for the money.

The kit came exactly as described and packaged very well. It was obvious that the lights had never been opened before due to the packaging. I have never put lights on a trailer before so someone familiar with wiring gave me some assistance. Had they not, I think I could have accomplished the job but you'll likely want to use YouTube as a resource rather than the instructions that these come with. For the price paid, I'm very happy with the quality and feel that it is better quality than Harbor Freight. The wiring was extra long for my 8 foot bed so I didn't have to worry about getting it exactly right. The lights lit up properly and came working as they should right out of the packaging. The hardware (nuts/bolts) were a little small in my opinion and I had to substitute for larger hardware to fit the trailer that already had pre-existing holes in it. The person connecting the wires preferred butt connectors over the ones that the kit came with. Overall, a good product.

Purchased and delivered with no issues. All parts included, directions clear and precise, all lights function. 5 stars here because the company went above and beyond when packaging this kit. It has extra parts, which I made use of because I am the worlds worst electrician and I didn't know how to use some of the connectors. I was able to make a couple tries when connecting everything because of all the spare parts.

This product is great all but I had to wait quite a while for it to arrive as the first one whet to wring place. But over all their great for utility trailor up to 16 foot in length.mine is 6 10 and it plenty of wire.when they were droped at wrong place amazon made it right and sent me one out asap. TKS amazon.

nice set of lights easy to install only thing wrong is the connector on the car tail lights has real short wires had to spice them to get from the trailer hitch to the tail lights on the car

Mounted these light on a frame and attached it to the back of my boat. The existing lights on my boat trailer have been nothing but problems. The lights now hang on the back of the boat as I trailer it to the boat slip. I remove the lights and disconnect the plug to the truck before launching and best of all...no more wiring problems.
