Ordered this as part of regular septic maintenance, and it’s one of those products where you’re mostly going on trust and consistency over time. The packets are easy to use—just drop one in as directed and you’re done. No measuring, no mess, which makes it simple to stay on schedule. The reality is, with something like this, it’s hard to directly see results day to day. What I can say is I haven’t had any issues since using it—no odors, no slow drainage, nothing that would suggest problems. After several uses, it’s been more of a preventative approach than something you can visibly measure. You’re maintaining the system rather than fixing an obvious issue. Compared to other septic treatments, this one stands out for convenience with the pre-measured packets. For the price, it’s a fair value if you’re looking for an easy, routine maintenance option. We've been repeatedly purchasing this septic treatment for years. We have not had any unforeseen issues or clogs. It works as it is advertised. It is a great value. It comes in an easy-to-store bag. We have been satisfied with this for years.

They seem to work well. However, the test will be next year when I pump it out after five years. Just two of us in the house and the drain field looks like it is fine. So, I would recommend for the price it is such an easy way to help maintain. Be sure to use at night so the tank will have time to do work before you begin to fill the tank again the next day.

Easy to use, but does this stuff actually improve septic tank operation? Who knows? Had tank inspected after 2 years since last pumpout, and solids level looked the same as it looked before last pumpout (after 3 years of use).

Part of our monthly preventative maintenance. Does a great job keeping our toilet and sewer system completely free and clear, smelling fresh and functional. We use these pods, along with a cup of Liquid Plumber in our bathroom sink, master shower and 2nd shower, to prevent any buildup or clogs on the first (1st) of every month! For our three (3) toilets, we also use Scott's Brand 1,000 sheet toilet paper for the BEST toilet paper breakdown in water, again to prevent any clogs, backups or relared issues. We've been doing these procedures for over 5 years with exceptional results. Plan to continue indefinitely.
