What is the shelf life after receipt? Can they be frozen?

Thank you for your inquiry. The shelf life is 3-4 months kept in a cool dry place, in a well-sealed container. They should not be frozen.

How does this product come? In a container or a plastic bag?

It comes in a resealable plastic container. I keep it in the fridge & grab one whenever if feel like it. I order them every year for my christmas present. they are soft & delicious.
