I bought this set to help me with eating a balanced diet, easier measuring/prepping. Love the colors and the fact that each container is labeled with amount and category (even though "Faith" labeled cup with a picture of a dancer makes no sense). However, when I filled the cups with specific ingredients it didn't seem like a lot of food. Also, for easier storage you have to stack them the way you would Russian dolls (smaller ones into larger), otherwise keeping them separate or stacking the same-sized containers will take up too much space in your cabinet. I think one set would've been enough for me, b/c I would use only one set to measure everything and just combine the ingredients in a different bigger container. The idea of having several sets seemed good at first in theory but proved to be kind of useless in the end.

My husband and I are doing beach body programs and everything is about your containers. But their containers are like $10 + S&H for one set. So, I checked out amazon and found these. They work great and have made my life easier. No more measuring cups. As convenient for in the go. Plus dishwasher top rack safe.

Love these containers! I was concerned because I though they looked smaller than I expected at first especially in the box. I love that they are dishwasher safe and microwaveable. I love having 4 sets of the containers so I don’t have to worry about having one clean while meal prepping. They also stack well and don’t take up much space in my cabinet.

Perfect! All lids snap tightly to containers! Already used some of them so not all are pictured. Got the 28 piece. That's 4 total sets! Recipe book is filled with some great tip/ recipes!

I got this for our snacks, to measure and make the right choices in our portions. It's really good for my husband's work meals, so he doesn't over do it. I love these color guided options, as well as how many you get in the set of each. They have the size of the cups, as well as what you can use them for (your choice). We enjoyed the value and fast shipping too. I recommend if you're trying to eat the right portions of each food, and need more than two of each.

There isn’t anything particularly good or bad about these. I ordered two sets thinking my whole family could use them for portion control. Once we read the diet instructions we found out that we needed 2 packs EACH. This isn’t practical for storage or washing as some of the containers are so small they have to go into the silverware section of the dishwasher. If I had a do over I’d just use my measuring cups.

Giving 4 stars because most of the orange containers had a lid with a dancer rather than the container label for seeds/dressing. There are way more of the orange containers than you will need if you are only using one per day. Otherwise they work very well and we enjoy having them and for the price break would purchase again.

The containers are great. They stack inside of each other making it easy to store them. My biggest issue is with the recipe book. There are multiple recipes that have missing words or parts of words. I can figure out what the ingredients are, but it would be nice if the full word was printed. The picture has just one example
