Can you remove the Monacle from his eye?

You sure can. It is just held in 2 small slots that are by Charlie's eye and will slide out.

Does he come with a storage case?

The Deluxe Upgrade (and the other upgraded versions) does not come with a carrying case. The Basic pull string version comes in a vinyl tote bag but once upgraded the dummies don't fit into those totes properly.

What is the difference between the deluxe upgrade and the super deluxe upgrade also what is the price difference?
