Igloo Marine Cooler | Insulated Hard Shell Ice Chest |Great for Fishing, Camping, Boating, & More

I've owned a ton of igloo coolers over the years and this one might be the best one yet. Heavy duty, but light, durable, insulated well, and the price was right. Thanks again!

Restoring my pool patio, needed a place to keep stocked with clean ice and cold drinks. My old cooler was gross, and I kinda wanted the old-skool Coleman retro steel cooler just because of the looks, but they're 4x the price, so went this route instead. Perfect size for what I'm doing. Haven't used it yet, but it'll be in the shade and I expect to dump a bucket of fridge ice per day into it, plus maybe the occasional frozen jug of salt-ice (stays colder, lasts longer). IF a load of ice is expected to have some survivors 2-3 days (and it should), I'll have no trouble keeping it topped off with fresh ice. The trick is to keep it stocked with some cold mass- like a couple sixes of flavored water or whatever. The killer for these is dead air space, keep it full as possible - take up that air space with some bottled waters (thats the whole point anyway). It's plenty rugged enough for my purposes, looks nice and clean, but I think it'd be top-notch for camping/tailgate.

I bought this cooler for a camping trip and it did exactly what I hoped it would. Because it’s marine grade, it kept ice cold for days, even with regular opening and closing. The handles are chunky and sturdy, which made it easy to move around even when fully loaded. It feels well built and durable, not flimsy or cheap. If you’re looking for a cooler that actually holds temperature and doesn’t turn into a soggy mess after one day, this one delivers. We were really impressed with how long the ice lasted. I was looking for a cooler that would keep my frozen foods frozen for a couple of days along with keeping the rest of my food cold for a few days. The Igloo did not disappoint. After three hot days, with the Igloo in the gazebo, not in direct sunlight but outside the tents and trucks, the Igloo did a great job. Most of my frozen foods stayed very cold, if not frozen. I filled about 1/3rd of it with ice cubes, and then put the frozen food on top, with cold food covering the frozen. We had no issues, all food stayed fresh. I was looking at buying one of the more expensive coolers, but there was absolutely no need.

Very nice size cooler big enough to hold a lot of stuff but small enough that it doesn’t take a forklift to pick it up. it’s very well insulated, some reviews said no insulation in the lid mine has insulation in the lid that Customer may have gotten a defective one very pleased would definitely buy again. I bought the 54 qt I’m probably gonna buy the 92 qt another day. I bought it for the back of a Jetski and bought a big ant basket attached it with straps cooler fits right in. I’ve been fishing offshore for 30 years I still have to the old gott 172’s but this is a nice well-made cooler, well worth the money especially compared to the $300 rotomold crap which are too heavy and to costly and don’t hold ice any better.

Nice looking, sturdy. I like the handles and the latch. I had a bungee holding the lid on my last cooler. This is a larger cooler but takes up hardly more space than my 48 quart.

It’s not the worst cooler, it works as needed and it’s durable. But I understand why some people opt for a yeti cooler after buying this one as it keeps everything inside cold for longer. But for someone who isn’t outside often or needs one to last for a few days I think it’s a good cooler. It is lightweight and I appreciate the 4 drink cutouts on the lid and the drain at the bottom. I also like that the lid clicks in so it doesn’t swing open easily.

This cooler was perfect. It is just like my original cooler. Keeps my drinks cold for hours!

I bought this eskt to replace my boat esky and when I googled the esky on ebay they had it. Perfect match. The other esky it replaced was around 15 years old.

Kept beer cold for 5 days after the ice had melted... I must remember to drink more beer!!!

Igloo 54 QT Schlechte Verarbeitung wie auf den Bildern und schlechte Wärmedämmung . Der Boden und an der Auslassöffnung beschlägt die Kühlbox , wird feucht. Ist das Geld auf jeden Fall nicht wert.

Looks solid and well contructed. Can't wait to use it.
