No. I have fine hair, and it weighed it down heavily. I also needed to shampoo by the next day because it was so greasy.

Does this contain protein?

I don't think it does, but you might look at the intense Kure Ameika mask it has all the oils and vitamins plus collagen

What is the difference between the New Edition and the other size that appears identical? Two are listed, same size, both $28.00???

I am pretty sure they just did a rebranding.... I can’t tell any difference between the two!

Could I leave in for an overnight treatment?

I have left it on my hair for many hours...wrap your hair in a towel or use a shower cap. I’ve not done the overnight treatment yet but it’s pretty mild so I don’t see why not :)
