My son broke his drum set on accident and this replaced one of the parts.

Added this as my 3rd mounted tom. Sounds great.

Nice wide open punch ! Used on a Gretsch 130 th anniversary renown maple batter side Tom . Bottom head sliced off with a razor blade in order to have that wide open Phil Collins sound. Also using this head on a 8”, 10” & 12” Tom.

Provides a deeper resonate tone that I was looking for. I am very pleased with these.

I love the flexibility of Evans drum heads. You can get just the right amount of sustain or punch, depending on your play style. I like mine with a thick, sharp note with not too much ring, so I added a couple of dampers around the the edges. It holds up extremely well, even under the most intense jam sessions. I couldn't recommend this highly enough for a mid-level drummer.

Great price. Just what i was looking for

I found it sounded better than the G1 clear I was using as my floor tom's resonant head. Shortened the sustain but fattened up the tone.
