Love it! Bought a diff kind before this, but it was very hard and huge and not comfortable at all. I just bought a send one of this one for an upcoming 16 hr flight. Yay! Plus had eye cover and ear plugs.

I ordered this travel pilow to replace another one I had lost which had the same design. I loved the fact that it had velcro and holds your chin up allowing your neck muscles to relax while you nap. It also makes it much easier to wear onto the plane and stow your carry-ons while wearing it without it falling off. I was excited that this one said it had a cooling effect because my last one was hot. That was my only disappointment with it. I do open my vent completely on planes just for some air movement so it was not bad sleeping with this. I do believe they did do something to the fabric because I was not quite as hot with this one but it was still uncomfortably warm when moving around. I did not wear it when I did not need to. I found it easy to stow back in its case and it fit inside my carry-on instead of having to use a carabiner to clip it to the handle (at least this time...:) ) It offered good support and I was able to nap on the plane while using it. That is a huge gold star because I am NOT a good travel sleeper. I usually can not sleep in moving vehicles of any kind but this design does allow me to nap which is a huge help when you have a very early flight. I really like the side and front support of this design AND that it does not push my neck forward and out of alignment because it is not too thick in the back where you are laying against it on the seat. THIS IS THE ONE!!!

This saves me every time I travel, no matter the flight length. It is extremely comfortable and allows me to sleep for extended periods of times of flights. The best thing for me is that you can fold this up into a little carrying case, and put this in your under the seat bag. Something about keeping your travel pillow out in the open while you're at the airport gives me the ick, so being able to keep it in my bag is a huge plus for me.

Do not buy those dumb u shaped travel pillows. This one is like a neck brace, and it's great.

This product is nice. I bought it for a trip to Europe. Definitely a quality product. My issue is that size wise, it's for pretty small necks. I'm thick and have a short neck. I could barely fasten the velcro and it made it pretty uncomfortable. I ended up using it without the strap, which did work. But I would say depending on your size, this may not be the item for you. But again, the quality was great, if folded up nicely, and felt good. It was just more for skinny necked people.

Fine. Got me through a 15hr flight. Bulky though.

Product arrived as described. It seems like it will do the job though I won't know for sure until my trip in April. It came with a pair of earplugs as well as a sleeping mask. I wore it around the house for a few hours just to see if it was comfortable and so far, so good. Only issue is getting it back into its carrying case. I did get it in, however it's very tight.
