Definitely on the expensive side as it’s imported from the UK, but this is the only fibre supplement that consistently helps manage my IBS without causing constipation. Also doesn’t cause that weird clumping when it comes out the other side like metamucil does. Tastes great too, similar to orange juice so I take it in the mornings alongside a coffee!

Highly recommend this fiber! The taste is similar to Tang! Will be buying again in the future!

I think this product is gluten free, so that's definitely a plus. Blends will with juice.

Doesn’t taste bad. Easy to carry on trips or in your purse or briefcase heading to office. I’ve skipping taking the product here and there but still saw results. Little pricy since individually wrapped. Give it a try!

causes a bit of gas which previous batches didn't ; might be using a different fibre type... sure do like the convenience of the packets over a jar since when traveling the security folks do not like the large jars

These work great. You need to take it in a mug of water and drink another mugful of fluid to help it work. My doctor suggested stirring it for 15 seconds to get it to work. I have used Sennacot. But they don't work for me. I take these twice a day after a meal. They can work great most of the time. During the pandemic, they tripled in price. There are others in tablet form, and these also work ok too.

A very good alternative to other remedies.

I have followed the instructions and take 2 sachets per day for the extra fibre I need to have a bowel movement. I have been on a strict diet and lack fibre and other nutrients that help with a bowel movement. It didn’t exactly work straight away like I thought it would, but after taking it for awhile now my bowel movement has gone back to being more regular. I was actually having long periods of constipation prior to taking this supplement and my stools were harder than rocks. You can just imagine the struggle I was in. Now I can say I am winning this battle. I would definitely recommend this product if you have any symptoms like what I described. You just need to keep drinking it and eventually it will work. I usually drink it with 400ml of water just to dilute the flavour and the extra liquid will only help aid you that little bit more. The orange flavour is pleasant enough but what I do is add a little bit of orange robinsons, and that makes it taste almost like a normal orange squash drink. If you leave it in the water for too long it turns into a weird jelly texture that is kind of unpleasant.

Let's just say that it does what it should.
