To be honest I have large hands, the sling comes in one size, I’m guessing one ring side is 8 other side 9, I wear a size 10 so it barely fits, that being said it still very nice and well detailed, in my opinion and nice piece to add to any collection.

Laws vary state to state, country to country.especially on what is and isn't classified as a weapon or firearm. It is fairly simple to do a search n this. Check your areas laws regarding "shipment of weapons or possible weapons', do the same for the receiving party. It simply depends on the laws of each state and the method of the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) It involves a triangle of seller, method or shipping, and residence of customer. As a Sling Ring, yeah, I have a custom made, heavier piece made of bronze, it is NOT the piece pictured here, and yes when I received it, I was well aware I not only could open portals to Kamar-Taj. I was holding a good-sized piece of Marvel Icon and also a weapon. But it arrived just fine, from the artist. Other items have been refused due to state laws. Hope this helps.
