as far as i can tell they are what i wanted, they are safety gear for my kayak and luckily so far i haven't needed tham

I thought I was paying a premium for something better, but this is not the case
I got these to put in a survival kit, but my kids ended up using them on Halloween. They were extremely dim compared to the cheap-o bulk purchased ones that other kids had. I thought I was paying a premium for something better, but this is not the case. I'll look elsewhere for my survival kit.
