Really helping my nails and hair, been taking for many years

I have tried other biotin tablets and it resulted in me having acne. This product does not give me acne but the most interesting thing that happened is I had a hair transplant and so I decided to take 3 a day (my own dosage) to speed up my hair growth. I ened up growing my hairline back really fast but I also grew baby hairs were there were non before. This was in combination with regain for women. So now my hairline looks natural like I was born with it. I am going to continue taking these forever as I intend to grow waist length hair and I know they work.

Decent value for money — a full year’s supply in one bottle, which is ideal if you don’t want to keep reordering. Tablets are small and easy to take, no odd taste, and they don’t upset your stomach like some stronger supplements can. Been using them a little while and hair and nails definitely feel a bit stronger and less brittle. Nothing dramatic overnight, but a steady, noticeable improvement. If you want a simple biotin supplement that does what it says without costing a fortune, this is a solid choice.

Very effective supplement. Stopped my hair falling out. Small tables but a lot in the packaging..I am glad it's a year supply I don't have to worry about running out of it. My hair is thick and healthier than ever.

I cannot speak about the health benefits as i have only just started taking them, but the quality of the container is not good. the label is not fitted to the bottle, they most likely didnt heat the sleeve meaning it didnt shrink to fit the shape of the container. also, on the bottom of the container is a small plastic offshoot, sadly this makes it impossible to sit it flat on any surface and means you must either cut it off yourself, set it on an angle or prop it up between two surfaces to keep it upright. quite disappointing to see such lack of care in production.

I was as sceptical as most when trying a new product like this, but after reading others positive experiences, decided to give it a go I can say, I am more than happy with my results, in just 2 weeks my nails are as strong as they have ever been, I had struggled to grow them without them being brittle and bendy, we've all been there, but if I could ever recommend a supplement, I'd run to get the name of this one, and a WHOLE YEAR supply for just £8...need I say more, of course it may not work for all, but it has definitely worked for me 😁
