I am a 32 year old female that runs a few times a week but recently had an achy knee. With a 5K coming up, I wanted to get some kind of support to not make the matter worse and find an addition to my running gear long term (to avoid further issues.) The price point was perfect and the quality/comfort ability was amazing. I am 5’6 / 160 lbs and wasn’t sure about sizing so I ordered a medium and a large. The medium was way too tight and the large was the perfect fit. It hugged my knee just right and I was not in a rush to remove it once the run was over. It’s very comfortable and breathable. This is my first compression sleeve and I’m super impressed with the results. I feel no soreness or ache in my knee a day after the 5K/using. Def recommend!

I have a big bakers cyst behind right knee and a smaller one behind left knee. For 3 weeks I have been in misery - putting ice, resting, magnesium lotion, taking Turmeric. Today I got just one of the Physix Gear Knee Support brace because I wanted to try it before getting one for each knee. As soon as it came I put it on my right knee, the worse one. And in about 3 hours - I was able to bend my knee for the first time in 3 weeks. The pain was was about 90% gone. I was able to go up and down stairs with no pain. I was walking and picking my foot up, verses me shuffling cause of the pain of bending knee. So I immediately ordered another one for my "LEFT" knee. They are super light and feel good. My jeans are stretchy tight jeans so was worried would it go under them and "YES" they do. Which I'm so glad. I was afraid I'd have to buy and find baggy capris or jeans. So I'm very pleased. I'm hoping with the compression, it will disburse this cyst and help heal it soon. But I love the support it seems to give my old arthritic knees. Again - you'd think they are so light and thin , they wouldn't do much. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. I shopped a long time to find the right compression, but yet cool and comfortable. I made my first choice the right choice. My thigh measured 20" and I got the large and it fit just right and stays up just fine. No sliding down

I have tried many versions of compression sleeves for my aching knee. Some of them have been the typical mass merchant brands (Ace), and others from various Amazon retailers. This one is probably the best I have found, so far. It is tight enough to help with holding my knee in place, but not too tight as to cut off circulation. It does fit a little small. I ordered the large, since my thigh diameter at 4 inches above the knee is 20 inches. According to their size chart, this puts my right in the middle of the large size dimensions. If my thigh was even 21 inches, which would still be in the large size category, I think it would be too tight. So, keep that in mind when ordering. Otherwise, I recommend this item.

The ortho doc said get a knee support, not! A ‘knee sleeve’ which I had apparently bought. I read the reviews of buyers and my PT therapist measured this above my knee where it was going to the widest part of my leg. This is like wearing a cloud yet it wraps well and supports my leg and knee miraculously like a glove. It doesn’t bunch behind my knee, the grip on the top holds well and it is light yet effective. My PT said to get the oval part in front over your kneecap to make it work. I am a nurse and I have had many knee supports with Velcro, plastic strips up the sides, etc. this is the best. The PT said if it is too tight it’s not going to be good but measure exactly. I am tall and was going to size up but she said no and this fit just right. It is a pleasure to put on in the morning, I can wear all day outside. I am glad to have the information to not get one too tight cuz that isn’t good, and don’t size up, just measure above your knee like instructions say.

I purchased the beige color as I like how it blends with skin tones as opposed to the black version. For the price these can't be beat. They provide just the right amount of support without being too tight, but that is probably a function of the sizing more than anything else. My measurement was for a medium at 17" and I bought one to try. It was a little too tight, so I ended ordering a large size and it felt perfect. These appear to be good quality, but only time will tell if they hold up.

I have 2 of these sleeves in the same size but different colors. The tan and black one is good, with a flexible but strong and stiff compression. The pink and black one is MUCH LESS supportive, feels flimsier and stretches way too much to offer support.

Measuring: I fell at the high end of medium and low end of the large. I purchased the medium and had to return it as it was to tight at the thigh. Return went real smooth, no problems at all. Ordered the large fit perfectly. I have arthritic knees, at the suggestion from my doctor I bought this. It has helped me tremendously. Good quality and comfortable I absolutely recommend

I bought the knee support for a knee requiring help after surgery. I found it so comfortable and supportive I have bought another for my other knee which requires help as I get my fitness back when walking. Hills and stairs in particular have become much easier to navigate. It is very comfortable and does not rub or roll down. The delivery was fast. I would have no problem in recommending this product/company to others

I have a torn meniscus, tried several knee supports, however found most to be uncomfortable when bending the knee or sitting for long periods of time. I came across this one while searching for another brand to try and luckily for me this one sounded great. The price was right so decided to give it a go...I have been wearing it for a few days now, and seriously it is the best one on the market in my opinion...no roll down, can bend the knee without discomfort, the sleeve stretches to my every move while still supporting my injury. Extremely happy with it, you won't be disappointed.

This is the most supportive and comfortable knee compression sleeve that I have ever purchased. Light weight but firm compression offering to support to damaged meniscus and bursa plus old ligament injuries. So good I have bought two. Fits well under jeans/trousers. Does not get hot or sweaty when wearing which some other types of materials can do. What I would suggest that if your measurements are over 21/22 cms around the knee the XL is better than the large. I ordered the large at first but XL more comfortable and not tight but still gave required support. Company very helpful in arranging a very good percentage refund when I asked for help in changing the large size to XL. I am very pleased with this product and the company from whom I made the purchases.
