They are the most sturdy, non-warping pans I’ve found. There are no seams inside so there’s no place for food to get stuck, and the rolled edge is smooth so there’s no getting cut or catching on an oven mitt. Very good value. Though lightweight they feel substantial compared to cheaper pans. I bought both the 1/4- and 1/2-sheet pans, and the racks fit well in each also.

I purchased these pans per my wife's directions and she is absolutely overjoyed with the quality of construction and material. The pans arrived quickly, packaged very well, no issues or concerns. Bottom line up front: I felt conned What I ordered and what I received are two different things. I ordered and expected to receive Wear-Ever Vollrath (5220) Wear-Ever Collection Quarter-Size Sheet. What I received was an ace mart version of the 5220. The quality was good and just as functional as the Vollrath; however, I looked up the ace mart version and it was half the cost of the Vollrath I originally ordered. This seller needs to be more clear on what they are actually selling.

There are many times when I don’t need to use a full cookie sheet and those times are great to use this smaller pan. Great for a half dozen cookies or dinner for 2. They cook evenly and wash up well. I personally use the silicon baking mats to make cleanup even easier.

Every kitchen needs quarter sheet pans to heat up small amounts of food. These are also great for grilling two or three steaks seasoning them and then carry them outside to the grill. They are made of a thick metal and will stand up to a lifetime of abuse. However I wish they were pressed and buffed edges as opposed to forward it over as you can see in the video there is gaps in the bottom they could trap water when washing and just cause a mess. Other than that I’m pretty happy with them. I hope this review was helpful.
