Great value, well built, comfortable, perfect for use with a standing desk.
Love this chair. I have had it over 2 years now and it still works just as good as new. Perfect for my adjustable sit/stand desk. I'm able to leave the chair on the tallest setting and go from sitting to standing without adjust my desk or the chair. Super convenient. Love the folding arms. Back and lumbar support is good. Seat padding is good. Great value for this quality. One thing they could improve the adjustable height foot rest eventually slides down gradually and needs readjustment and/or tightening. A better approach to locking it in place would be great.

It’s a good chair
I’m very happy with this chair. We’ve owned it for quite awhile now and I decided to write a review for it today. I haven’t had to make many adjustments to the height but the chair hasn’t given me any trouble rolling, turning or resting. Whenever I sit back and relax it feels good and it’s still strong. It’s comfortable.

Not great for the long term, but Ok for the price
Chair is decent for the money, but after 5 days of sitting in it for 6-8hrs a day, it’s become apparent that it’s not going to last in comfort very long. Padding in both the seat and the armrests compress down very thin (I’m 175lbs). Will meet my needs in the short term, but I’d be surprised if I get a year out of it.

Comfortable, Practical, Counter-Height Chair
Don’t write a lot of reviews. I am impressed with this chair. Had it a few weeks, can’t say if it will prove durable, but it’s great so far. I bought this to replace a similar chair that wasn’t padded, and was getting old. This chair has foldable arms. I didn’t think I needed that. But, at a counter height desk, the ability to fold up the arms changes how easily it can be stowed under the desk. Didn’t know that feature would be helpful. The padding is comfortable and generous. I have nerve issues with my elbow and wrist and this was an important reason I chose this chair… I really hope the padding will be durable and not squish over time, because it’s really nice so far, out of the box. Foot ring/casters are sturdy, casters run smoothly. I don’t love that the foot ring attaches with a pinch screw only, but so far it’s staying where I set it. Assembly was pretty easy… THERE WERE NO PAPER DIRECTIONS INCLUDED. There IS a PDF assembly instruction file linked in the Amazon listing, FYI. Got this on a Prime Day for well under $200. Very impressed for the price. Nice chair, great value.

Maybe good for short people?
Incredible lumbar support, but if you're tall, half of your legs will come off the front since the seat is so small and nothing is adjustable. This forces you to use the footrest or slide forward from your feet dangling. This then encourages a forward lean, which then encourages use of the armrests, which are way too low, and you end up slouching anyway. This becomes a vicious cycle with more of your legs coming off the front of the chair. A horrible design.

Versatile chair for casual use
I've h ad this chair for 2.5 years now, and I actually am preparing to replace it with a new office chair, as my needs have changed. I first bought this chair as my #1 criteria was for it to be sit/stand adjustable, as this was my preferred way of working at the time. I wanted a foot rest and arm rests available when the chair was elevated, and this chair ticked all the boxes! Overall, assembly was fine - not hard, but certainly not done in a snap. My observations: 1. Pretty quickly, I had trouble keeping the foot rest at a fixed location. Not a deal breaker for me, but if I continued to use it as a standing chair, this would have been a disappointment for me. 2. Within a few months, the one arm rest was wobbly. It took me months before I got around to fixing it, because I found that to access the connection point for the arm rest requires almost fully disassembling the back rest and arm rests. Since tightening it, it has been fine. 3. Back support is adequate, however, something is lacking - I just don't know what. I do know that since I stopped using it as a sit/stand chair and began using this exclusively as a sitting chair, I've struggled with some very bad neck/shoulder issues. The greater contributing factor may be my monitor positioning and the layout of my desk, but the chair is certainly not providing "comfort" and support. it's really just fulfilling its duty as an object to sit on lol.

Decent chair for the price
I bought this chair for the hours of sitting I am now doing while I work on my research assignment. Assembly was pretty self-explanatory, and a second pair of hands was definitely needed to hold the pieces together in order to bolt them together. So far I'm happy with the chair, I love that I can use it at both the dining room table and the bar-height kitchen counter. The seat could use some better padding as it starts to feel really hard after about an hour, but the back is really supportive and I love that the armrests can flip up and down. The footrest is the perfect size and so far no issues with it holding up. Overall, I am satisfied with the chair, as are my kids that also use it occasionally when doing their virtual classes.

Perfect for software developer.
I spend MANY hours each day programming. I have an adjustable-height desk. This very adjustable chair, along with my adjustable desk, allows me to change positions ever hour or so. I tried out multiple chairs with Amazon before settling on this one. (Some of them were much more expensive too.) For me, this is a super comfortable chair.

I got this chair to provide alternate positions for my knee. However, in the high position, which allows me to stretch out my knee, I found myself sliding off the chair. This caused back pain. I returned the chair. The return service was excellent - quick to process.
