Rubies Costume Co Women's Black and White Striped Mini Top Hat

This hat is really cute yet I did not realize it is a miniature hat

I should have read the reviews before buying this hat, but i thought this was a typical hat, maybe w an elastic headband since it said one size, but did not think it was a tiny little hat on a flimsy clear plastic headband. The pictures dont even show that its on a headband or that its that small. Its too late to get a different hat delivered to me for my daughter's costume. She cant wear this, this headband would not fit on her 10 yr old head. Maybe at most, a 6 yr old can wear this. It came squashed in a little bag and the jewel piece fell out of the bag when i opened it, its got to be glued back on. The material is cheap cheap cheapity cheap. I can make something like this with hot glue and fabric scraps and it will probably be more sturdy and substantial than this piece of garbage. Dont even bother, was a waste of money. This hat is made out of a shiny fabric that looks nice, but it come crumpled in a package so it doesn't look much like how it looks in the picture. You can stuff it with something to fill it out a little bit, but it does not lie flat on the top and it's very hard to get the wrinkles out. However, it's still a cute piece, the gem looks nice and everything. I just wish that it was made of a sturdier material!

As lovely as this hat appears as shown ,I must express a bit of disappointment . It looks beautiful yes ,but ,I had to tack the red band down as it looked ,sloppy and not worthy of 5 Star . Overall ,the presentation is nice ; it could use a stronger headband of a greater quality for more than one wear. Please consider using a wider headband for future references . Thank you .

I guess I should have read the description closer. This is a soft foam hat that does not hold it's shape at all. It is really cheap looking and would have to be glued to something to be wearable. Too expensive for the quality.

This little, light weight accent hat is the perfect compliment to my black and white stripped arms and legs! The rest of my costume is black t-shirt and black shorts.

I was looking forward to a fun mini top hat to wear to a Halloween party and the picture is deceiving. It was inexpensive but I still wanted what I expected when I purchased it. It was not true black it was more faded black and it was mushed up completely flat in a plastic package that looked like I could have purchased at a dollar store somewhere for 99 cents. It never did puff up like a top hat and came on a dinky plastic headband. I would have probably still purchased it had the description been appropriate, because it was for fun ... but honestly, I didn't even wear it to the party because I couldn't get it to look like a top hat on my head at all. It went to the trash can. :(

Ni se parece al de la foto. Esta muy pequeño, llegó arrugado y la diadema ni se acomoda bien para que uno pueda usarla. Por el precio pueden comprar algo mejor.

The hat was very small

Es un accesorio, no esperaba mucho y aún así decepciona, llegó arrugado y mal hecho no tiene arreglo ni planchando la diadema no tiene agarre y no está bien pegada, en fin no lo compren no sirve de nada

This is a over priced, useless, “hat”, the dollar store has better products and they won’t let you return it.Obviously they don’t want their garbage back.
