do u have to delute it

Hi Ryan. You don't have to dilute it but it is intended to be diluted. It is concentrated and if it is not diluted the taste is very strong and tart. Also by diluting the concentrate it goes much further, a 473ml bottle will typically last me two weeks or so drinking a glassfull of diluted cherry juice per day.

It's not a tart cherry  sweet wild variety I would say.
