FAMCÜTE 7" Santoku Knife, Hand Forged Sharp Chopping Knife for Easy Cutting

Fantastic knife. Sharp as can be right out of the box. The flat grind gives super thin slices. I've been using it for three weeks now, and it's starting to act like it needs whetted. Will buy again if necessary.

This knife honestly surprised me. It feels solid and well-made right out of the box, and it comes nicely protected. The design is sleek and the handle has a good grip, making it comfortable to use. The blade is sharp and cuts smoothly. Overall, it looks like a good quality and practical knife for everyday kitchen use.

Definitely sharp and strong. I never cut myself from any other knife and proud to say, I guess, this was my first knife to get niked on. No bad cut but it was deep enough lol.

I already have a block of Henkels and Wusthof, but wanted to add a Santoku. I have been extremely impressed by this knife. As with others, sharp out of the box, but the edge here is very hard and holds well, even when (i know, I know) cutting directly on my granite counterpoint. Knife is sized nicely, and handle is comfortable in the hand with good balance and feel. The aesthetic of the knife is a nice fun point of personality as well.

For the price, the quality is definitely worth it. It’s super sharp and great for cutting meat. Just make sure to keep it in the protective cover to avoid any accidents.

This is the 3rd knife I have ordered from this company. Needless to say, I love them! Best knives I've ever gotten! As someone who has worked in kitchens for most of their adult life, I know the value of a good tool. A sharp knife (especially a thinner blade) is powerful! I prefer the 7-inch to the 8-inch because it is much better balanced (with the 8-inch, it feels more likely that I'll injure myself). Sharp, love the look, as well as the feel of the handle. Highly recommend! I've already had friends update their knives by getting them from this company.
