Great for LC but rather pricy
I find that this flour is not as "smooth" and easily usable as almond flour; it is also considerably more expensive, and since I consume a lot of LC products, cost does matter.If money is not an issue, and if a somewhat denser and coarser texture is not an issue, then this is an excellent product.

Taste and consistency of grinding
Tasty. Could be ground finer or perhaps better sifted, but I don't know if that's part of the process. Bits of larger pieces were unwelcome.

Great substitute
I have been doing keto since last year. But I miss carbs of course. Almond flour and hazelnut flour make great substitutes for making muffins, pie crusts, banana bread, pancakes etc..

Great blanched hazel nut flour
Great flour, fresh, even better when toasted for my cake.

Wonderful flavor and texture.
I used this in a sweet potato pie crust. It was fantastic! A perfect crumb crust. I'm glad I have enough to try with other recipes.

Very finely ground. First time I’ve found hazelnut ground that fine. It’s great!

Good stuff
This is very fine filbert/hazelnut flour. Works great in cookies. I sometimes use the coarser ground hazelnut flour mixed with the fine, for a bit more texture.

Blanched Hazelnut Flour is the best!
This is the tastiest alternative gluten-free, paleo, keto flour for baking. The texture is much better than almond flour. This is my second order and I'm sold on it. Just make sure you get the blanched product.
