I am in love with these strands of LED lights from Rtgs Products! I received a strand of 60 battery operated LED lights to review and these are awesome for everything from everyday to special occasion to holiday decoration. Rtgs Micro LED 60 String Lights are great quality and are so versatile! I have placed them in a few different places and they have proven to be alternately fun, cool and romantic. Placing them in a house plant gives off a soft glow that would be great during a party or even for family movie night. Since these are for indoor and outdoor use, you can use them in outdoor plants as well. The lights (but not the battery box) are even submersible so you could use them to light a fountain or other water feature. The LED's are great for dressing up your outdoor holiday decorations, as well as your indoor decorations. If you have a Christmas village, these would be awesome to light it up. If you have a canopy bed or something to attach them to, these lights would create a wonderful romantic space. The grain-of-rice sized lights are spaced 4 inches apart and the strand is a length of over 21 feet. The wire is bendable, but strong so you can wrap it around objects or form it to fit your needs. The 360 degree visibility means not having to worry they are turned the "right" way and they illuminate in all directions. the long length allows for many different uses. The battery box holds 6 AA batteries (not included with purchase) in a water tight compartment. The locking clips make it easy to open and close. In addition to ON/OFF, the power button has a new timer feature that will automatically turn the lights off and back on. I am really looking forward to using these to light up the Halloween and Christmas decorations!

Really are the perfect fairy lights! I ordered 4 of these and they all lit up well and all timers work. Absolutely as advertised, however over the first week, I noticed a change: The lights, which started out very bright, rather than "warm white" have settle in to a nice warm white. I was worried this meant they were burning out. Not so, just the batteries wearing down over 3 weeks or so. Every 3 weeks, depending on your use, you need to replace 6 AA batteries in each battery box. Easily & quickly done, since there is a little catch, rather screws, on the battery box. TIMING FEATURE: I plugged all 4 sets in at 4:30PM, punched the little button on each battery box once to start the timer, and they all turn on at 4:30 PM every day on their own and stay on for the advertised number of hours. Punch the button twice, lights stay on until you turn them off. Punch 3 times and "OFF." Makes it really easy to control the timer if, like me, you wired the box to the back of a wreath. You don't even need to be able to see the box to feel the raised button. This was the only string of fairy lights I could find that had a 20 foot wire. Thought I wanted copper, but the silver blends in with every background. Wind the wire around your hand or a cardboard tube, then remove tube for a spiral of lights, or easily tuck them into a wreath, plant, vase, or mantle display. These are great lights and I plan to order more!

"Super bright" is an apt description of these. I wanted to use these to illuminate the "wreath letters" on our little dock that spell out "JOY." The dock doesn't have electricity, so batteries or solar are our options. When I saw the tiny size of the light "bulbs" themselves on the RTGS lights when they arrived in the mail, I worried I had made a mistake. Thankfully, though, I used one light strand per wreath (each wreath is about 24" high) and the results were what I had hoped (see picture). The only caution I would offer is that, even though the bulbs are tiny, they do draw down the battery packs (which use 6 AA batteries each), in part because the timer function doesn't seem to be completely reliable. (The timer function operates by pushing the button on the control box once at the time you want the lights to go on each day and then has the lights on for 6 hours.) One night the lights didn't turn off, but fortunately I woke up and turned them off at about 1 a.m. after turning them on at 5 pm. I used unused Duracell batteries that I had on hand in the first letter and it lasted just about a week (which meant our holiday greeting read "OY" on the night the neighborhood holiday decoration judges came around). The other two letters were powered with newly purchased Rayovac batteries from Home Depot; those letters started to fail after 12 days, even though I have been turning on and off the lights manually after 4 to 5 hours each night (in part to make sure they are working and also to conserve the batteries). The RTGS description on Amazon predicted 14 days on timer function, so be aware that your results may vary. By way of comparison, the other, more conventional LED wreath light strings I bought (again see picture for comparison on effects--see the round wreaths on the windows and gate) use the bigger D batteries (three per string) and are starting to dim after about 18 days of use. Those were also purchased from Amazon and manufactured by Bethlehem (so were the round wreaths). Next year, I am going to investigate rechargeable batteries.

Love it! I have a little tabletop foil tree with 20 poorly-spaced lights that always needed an extension cord. I almost bought a string of only 30 lights for $20 at Brookstone, then talked myself out of it, said look on Amazon first. Lucky me ! Bonus: the cord is almost invisible. The light reflects amazingly off the foil, making it look like 100 lights on a 2 ft. high tree. It comes firmly wound; take a few minutes to stretch it out without jerking or getting impatient. Nice and gentle, work out the kinks, unwind the twists, it only needs to be done once. Patience. I'm an engineer, so I imagine these tiny wires can't bear the yanking of a regular string of lights. I don't know where their endurance limit is, but do not push it, out of a feeling that every product needs to bear rough treatment to be worthwhile. Nope. Another good feature is unlike plug-in corded lights, I can position a light at the end of a branch, then give it a wrap or a pinch to keep it exactly so on the bough. If you have a wreath or small tree that you want the freedom to put anywhere, with bright lights, and will wrap the lights only once, not on and off every year, this is perfect. I have had it only a few days and all is fine. The trade-off for the beauty of a fine, almost invisible cord is to handle it gently, don't yank out bends but massage them out with your fingers. I may buy more, one for each wreath and even holiday centerpieces, wouldn't that be charming on the table!

These lights are prefect for a bedroom, patio or tailgate. They are decently bright and add wonderful mood to any setting. So far, I have had them lit for well over 40 hours (indoors) on just 6 AA Batteries. The battery housing is very well made, and seems it would be able to survive a decent storm outside. I have taken these lights camping and have hung them from the back hatch of my SUV, as well as used them indoors for accent lighting. The thin wire is shape-able, making it really easy to keep it hanging the way you want it. Also these lights don't have the annoying, strobe-like flickering effect you often see with LED string lights. I love these lights and would defiantly buy again.

Ordered these because of the additional length of the string, which gives more options to hang them than the normal 7 foot ones. I clicked the 3 day express delivery option. It did not arrive in 3 days. It arrived in just ONE day! I was impressed at the speed of the delivery to be sure. As for the lights, they work as promised. They are bright, have a slightly pink/warm glow and with the battery pack, lasts 5-6 days, which is impressive. My only negative comment is the battery pack takes 6 batteries and there is no ribbon to assist popping them out of the casing, requiring you to use something/tool to get the bottom ones out. Otherwise, solid product.

PRO: Very bright itsy bitsy little lights! Wire strand is great for decorating - light strand can be "posed" very easily. Warm white color is very reminiscent of incandescent bulb color. Battery pack is smaller than a deck of cards, but a little thicker, and not too heavy even with AA batteries so it's easy to conceal. The whole light strand is very light weight making it easy to add to decor. CON: This is a huge CON - these lights chew through batteries! I used these lights - both the 30 light strands and the 60 light strands - for Christmas decorating indoors. I found that using the timer function obliterated batteries in less than 3 days. So by the third day I had to get on a ladder and change the batteries. Thankfully I also purchased brand new Panasonic eneloop rechargeable batteries - so these batteries had maximum life and charging capacity. Nonetheless, my decor goes up the weekend after Thanksgiving and stays up until New Years. That's an awful lot of battery changes. While the LED bulbs don't use much energy, the timer seems to need a boost in efficiency. Really disappointed because the lights are lovely and easy to work with and so inexpensive. But I gave up on constantly changing my batteries which means now I don't have light where there are lights and I can't say I intend to use these lights again. If these are needed for just one event - like a wedding or dinner party and so the timer function isn't critical to decorating needs I'm sure the user would be much happier than me. For Christmas decorating, however, these are a no go again for me.

These lights are perfect for decorating, crafting and so much more. From Holidays to Home Decor, the possibilities are endless.The lights are perfectly spaced apart at about 4 inches apart on the 20 foot wire. The wire is a lovely silver that compliments the color of the lights nicely. This wire is very bendable and can be manipulated easily to match any form or design. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, though I am currently using mine indoors. No matter the viewing angle, you can see the lights; I have a string above my bed and can see each light bead perfectly no matter if I'm sitting underneath them or standing on the far side of the room. The little lights are surprisingly bright even in a well-lit room. I would say the that the color has much more of a yellow undertone, slightly similar to a candlelight look. If you want a color similar to the cool, snow, blue-undertone Christmas light look, I would suggest purchasing this in the cool white color. This product takes six AA batteries, which are not included. The battery box opens very easily and has two tabs that you can lift to open or snap in to close. The batteries aren't the easiest to remove, but I would say no harder than most products with battery packs. The battery box is on the bigger side and is about the size of my palm. This being said, it still would be easy to hide when decorating. The box has a little loop on it so that it could be hung on the wall. There is a small length of plain clear wire connecting the lights to the box. There are three button options on the box; one click of the button gives you "ON WITH TIMER", two clicks is just "ON", three clicks is "OFF". I personally just turn them on for an hour or two at a time and the battery life has lasted me several weeks so far.

Much better than I thought they would be!!!!

They work great so far. When they're turned off, the string and lights are so tiny, they're just about impossible to see, but they are nice and bright when they're on. With rechargable batteries, they start to get a bit dim after a week of the 6 hour on/18 hour off cycle, but that's good enough for me. I'll never buy the standard green strings of lights again after owning these.

They were exactly what I wanted and shipped quick!!! I asked the sender if he/she could send it out right away and they did the same day. lights are great !!!!

I'm really happy with the way these lights look. I put them in a tree in my back yard. During the day you can't see the thin wire and at night they are really pretty lights. The only thing is the battery box. I put two strings up so two battery boxes. I'd really like to put up more but then it's more boxes. Overall I would buy again. When summer is over I plan to find a spot for them inside the house.

Very cool lights. I wrapped branches with them because they are very flexible and bright. It looks amazing. Seller is great and shipping was very fast . Thank you
