It definitely is concertina style storage, however, if you fill it, you can no longer close it due to the limitations of the elasticated loop. Needs to be longer.

Rabat non extensible
Le rabat n'est pas extensible, il fait 3 cm, donc dès qu'il y a meme pas 10% de la capacité de prise, on n'a plus la possibilité de le fermer... Du coup, j'ai gardé mais j'ai coupé le rabat.
