Great drive!
These are enterprise drives that most likely were pulled from servers. I have bought several of these and have yet to have one fail. I store video files on them and they do the job for me.

Good Price....But Buyer Beware
Had to wipe this drive with a specialized program called Ease Partition Master in order to get this drive to show up on Windows Explorer. Other than that, no real issues so far. Good price, too!

I use these drive to keep online games on... I currently use this drive to keep many/many online games on, some are anywhere from 16gb to 45gb each... From Raid: Shadow Legends/EverQuest/EverQuest 2/Lord of the Rings Online/Neverwinter/Dungeons & Dragons Online, and so forth... My Wife's Sims is 100+gbs x2...

So much smoother running than its predecessor (WD 2009 model). I feel good knowing that I made a good choice by sticking with my gut!!!

Make sure to test before starting to use in your machine
Bad experience with this refurbished drive. It arrived with more bad sectors than the drive I was replacing in my NAS. The seller required multiple diagnostic tests and moving the drive between machines before approving the return. I also discovered I had purchased the same product from this seller about a year earlier, and that drive developed bad sectors as well. The drive has a 3-year warranty, but dealing with a warranty claim for a drive that is already showing bad sectors is concerning. The refund notice was also troubling, stating the refund could be reversed if the drive wasn't returned in “new/unused” condition—despite the fact that it was sold as refurbished. After two drives developing bad sectors, I would not buy this product again.
