It comes with no wires. Just the joystick.

will this work with the 1up arcade?

Yes but you have to solder the wires that are attached to the current joystick. I would also add that this is much longer than the stock joystick.

Can you add 4 more limit switches to it? So i can have 8 wires.

No. There isn't really space for that on the bottom. You should look for a stick that already has 8.
