What material is the thread? Is it cotton?

The threads are made out of polyester. Polyester is a synthetic all-purpose thread and is stronger than most natural threads. It is a good choice for most hand sewing projects. Polyester thread works well with stretchy fabrics as it has much give to it. Because of the wax or silicone finish that often covers this thread, it slips through the fabric easily.

Does this sewing kit have multiple needles of different models? Does it include a threader for those who can’t see well?

This portable sewing kit contains 30 different types of needles, with 2 threaders and a magnifying glass, making it easy to pass the thread through the pinhole. People with poor eyesight can also use it.

Do you have same kit with plastic box?

It's a cloth covered box with a zipper closure.

This sewing kit looks great and has a wide range of tools. It is mainly used for hand sewing. Can the sewing machine also use it?

This sewing kit has 200 PCS sewing tools. So far it should be Amazon's most complete sewing kit. The tool basically meets all the manual sewing requirements. Each spool has a length of 150 yards and may not necessarily meet the length of the thread required by the sewing machine.
