These resistance bands have been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. The set includes three different resistance levels, making it easy to progress and vary your workouts over time. Well made and comfortable material on skin. Easy to use and has three different colours for different strength ratings which is good. The size should fit most people, used for two weeks now and not over stretched so should be durable for the future. Good value.

I haven’t used these bands yet but as soon as I opened the parcel I could see that the quality was so much better than the first set I purchased and returned to Amazon. Item as indicated in pictures, came with a handy little netting carry bag. Each band has a label indicating the resistance level and I could feel a difference in resistance betweenbands. At £9.99, a lot cheaper than some of the others.

I purchased to assist with more home exercise since the c19 lock down and this was part of lightening deal but a great offer I'm happy to have taken advantage of!! I gave the beginners band away as I'm already at intermediate level in my fitness journey, the band has assisted greatly with squats and lounges and doing a little exercise at my desk whilst home working. I really like the design and the quality is 100%. It's compact design and carry case allows me to pop the bands in my bag and do a little fitness in my family garden or assist with long periods of sitting still to ease cramp etc... very good item.

Good product very pleased

A sturdy set of woven bands, from light and medium to heavy (translate as strong resistance). They do have a rubbery shop logo stitched on and the bands seem well stitched to stop the band separating on use. Just beware if you are a beginner that even the light resistance is quite strong. There are two rubbery woven strips on the inner, to help grip on clothing or legs. The User 'Manual' is actually a tiny leaflet with a few exercises on it. It has basic safety eg check for breaks, don't use in strong sunlight etc, but I would immediately wonder is this at least wipeable if used for exercise. There is a mesh storage pouch. On the whole I believe the set will be well worth the money...but , as with most Chinese goods please do away with all the surplus plastic packing...they really don't need 3 individual plastic wrapping and an overall pouch.

Ogni elastico è riposto in una bustina apribile e richiudibile che a loro volta sono riposti in una busta grande a cerniera con anche un'ulteriore sacchetto di rete per mettere gli elastici. Molto utile se li usano in palestra o per portarli in giro. La qualità è ottima e fanno il dovere. Le tre fasce hanno "durezze" diverse. Si adattano a qualsiasi fisico, si possono utilizzare per tutti gli esercizi e all'interno della confezione si trova anche un libretto con le istruzioni e i possibili esercizi da fare. Non fanno male, neanche quando sono in tensione.

Upon unboxing you are presented with 5 resistance bands and a small carrying bag. The resistance bands are colour coded making it easier and quicker to distinguish between the different resistance levels. The included bands are green (light, 5-10 lbs.), blue (medium, 10-15 lbs.), yellow (heavy, 15-20 lbs.), red (x-heavy, 25-30 lbs.) and black (xx-heavy, 30-40 lbs.). I've used other resistance bands in the past that are hard to tell that there is a different resistance between them but these bands definitely have a very noticeable difference in the resistance between each different colour. The bands appear to be well made and are made from 100% natural latex. Being 100% latex means there is no strong chemical smells from these bands which is really appreciated. Being made from natural latex means that people with latex allergies might not be able to use these bands. The bands include a small storage bag which makes them easier to carry and keep them together in one place. I have used these bands for group yoga classes as well as for at home yoga exercises. Several people in my yoga classes noticed me using these bands (probably due to the bright colours) and asked me where I got them. After about a month of regular use I am very satisfied with these resistance bands. They are easy to clean and still look brand new. They feel well made and give you the confidence that they are strong and durable. I at no time felt that they are flimsy and could snap/break during use. This is important to me knowing they are strong and able to hold up to heavy use. Overall, these have been a great addition to my yoga classes and home exercises. They are extremely compact and easy to carry. They can fit into a jacket pocket or gym bag pocket with ease and take virtually no space. Ensemble de 3 bandes de résistance emballées individuellement avec un sac de transport et un manuel avec des exemples d'exercices à faire fournit. Les couleurs sont vraiment sympa, une par niveau de difficulté : bleu = facile - rose = médium - violet = difficile. Les bandes sont larges et épaisses donc plus robuste comparé aux bandes en silicone que je trouve moins facile à manipuler et qui m'inspire moins confiance niveau solidité car très fines. La matière est vraiment confortable et les bandes peuvent également être utiliser pour la rééducation. Ces bandes sont vraiment motivantes pour la pratique du sport à la maison, il faut juste sauter le pas. Moi je les utilise pour me remettre doucement au sport après des grossesses difficiles et un peu ravageuse, et franchement j'en suis devenue accro et elle me pousse à aller plus loin dans mes efforts et la pratique du sport. La première chose est qu'on peut choisir le niveau de difficulté qui nous convient et prendre notre temps, pas de coach, pas de stress, juste le plaisir de prendre du temps pour soi. Ensuite, on ne ressent aucune douleur, les bandes ne forcent pas sur les articulations et permettent de mieux répartir la pression sur les membre. Du coup on a moins de risque de se faire mal et l'effort est beaucoup plus agréable à supporter. Le petit sac de transport permet de les emporter partout avec nous, au parc, en salle, à l'extérieure, chez les copines pour le sport en groupe, au bureau, en voyage, etc. Leur entretien est très simple, juste de l'eau savonneuse et on laisse sécher à l'air libre. J'étais septique à l'idée d'utiliser des bandes de résistance mais j'avoue que je suis ravie et conquise car je ne loupe jamais ma petite séance de sport du matin, c'est devenue une routine. Ces bandes sont vraiment sympa, jolies, très robuste et agréable à utiliser. Très beau produit avec un rapport qualité/prix juste parfait. Je vous les recommande ++++
