2.1 Bluetooth Marine Amplifier Receiver - Waterproof 4 Channel Wireless Bridgeable Audio Amp for Stereo Speaker with 1000 Watt Power Dual MOSFET Supply, GAIN Level and LED Indicator - Pyle PLMRA430BT

I don't usually write a review so quickly after I get a product (Next day delivery with my Prime Membership), but I am just blown away by this Amp. Don't get me wrong, Pyle is not high-end equipment, but this PLMRA430BT seems to be able to do exactly what I want and need, and it sounds very good doing it. I have a semi-loud classic muscle car that came with an AM radio. Wanting to keep the car original looking, I've been looking for a way to add a good sounding stereo system that is totally hidden. Pyle Elite Series Waterproof Bluetooth Amplifier to the rescue. Its physically larger than I was looking for, but I can still hide it in the back, totally hidden. The amp has broken down the 4 channels into 2 pairs, each pair is bridgable. Running off the amps Chan 1 & 2, under the dash will be 2 of Pyle PDBT28 1-Inch Heavy Duty Titanium Super Tweeters. Under the front seats, because they are thin, 5.25 Inch Pyle Dual Marine Poly Carbon Cone Speakers. Add a little carpet material in the front and back of the seat and they are totally hidden. The front speakers are connected via 2 of Aoshike 400W Adjustable Multi Speaker Treble/Bass Audio Frequency Divider 2 Way Crossover Filters. For the rear, I have bridged Chan's 3 & 4 to run a Pyle PLTB8 8-Inch 400-Watt Carpeted Subwoofer Tube that I can place in the back seat floor, behind the back seat, or in the trunk. Or I can totally remove it. NO HEAD UNIT! The PLMRA430BT comes with RCA high and low level inputs, but I run this Amp totally via Bluetooth (my Samsung S8 phone) and it sounds GREAT! I had started with the "Pyle Auto 4-Channel Bridgeable Marine Amplifier - 200 Watt RMS 4 OHM Full Range Stereo with Wireless Bluetooth & Powerful Prime Speaker - High Crossover HD Music Audio Multi Channel System PLMRMB4CB" and was very upset at its low power output and that it is NOT Bridgeable. I put this bluetooth amp in my boat to replace a broken head unit. It was easy to install and is hidden in the console. I added a power switch on the dash to turn it on/off. It has lots more power than the previous head unit and sounds great. Working perfect so far.

Overall very pleased except with Pandora connected through Bluetooth the volume is full blast and cannot control it from the phone. Its not my phone because it works correctly through other Bluetooth devices.

Great product

I connected this amp to the existing speakers in my boat. Paired up just like instructions said. Sound was decent; plenty loud, but quality wasn't great. I went ahead and drilled mounted holes and mounted it next to the helm in the covered fly bridge. After two weeks, in mid song, the amp unpaired from my Android phone and would not show up as an available device when I tried to pair it again. Tried my girlfriends iPhone and same thing. The return from Amazon was easy, but now I have four mounting holes in the fiberglass that I will need to patch if I can't find another amp that will cover them. I won't be buying anymore Pyle products. I just ordered a Rockford Fossgate. Stick with quality, proven brands, even if they cost a little more. The hassle when the cheap brands fail is not worth saving a few buck initially. Lesson learned.

Great amp, so easy to install. I use it on my golf cart and the sound is superior, I love the adjustments that I could make and the quality of the sound. I can’t believe I was able to get this much power and quality for under $100. All my friends want one now!

Husband’s really happy with this

I like what you get for the money, however I'm having an issue with the speaker connectors at the amp. Although in a dry area, the screw downs to the amp with the claps are completely rusted and not making a connection. I believe it to be cheap metal. Approx 8 months. Mine is used for marine use, you might have more luck in fresh water. Liked it up to this point. Will try to repair this part of the unit.
