I got this anti snoring pillow for my hubby who is suffering from mild snoring while sleeping on his back. It was hard to convince him to change his previous pillow after using it for 2 years. After trying it for almost a week, not only did he find it very comfortable and supportive, he has also gone nights without snoring.I know pillows are not magical products for all of those who are dealing with snoring but it really helps people like my husband. I plan to order one for my self now because besides helping snoring, it's super comfortable. I highly recommend this product for people who are looking to buy a no snore pillow.

It has not worked for me to stop snoring. Its a large flat pillow with a dip in the center for a person's head to rest. It was not comfortable, didn't provide support and I am returning.I haven't found any method to help with snoring. I have tried many mouth and nose devices, nose strips, My Pillow, allergy sprays, etc and haven't found any thing that work. I can't wear a CPAP. The nose strips helped with breathing, slightly, but come off easily. If anyone has found a great product I would love to know. Thks

Really helps with neck pain, position while I sleep!

Pillow is very flat and does not offer enough support for your neck.also did not improve snoring.
