This is only for one side? It means have I have to buy 2 different sides for both eyes?

Yes. You'll want to buy one LEFT and one RIGHT if you need it for both eyes. You could buy two of the same eye but the pattern would be upside down for one eye.

Is it really 2.91 inches high?

Hi, It is 2 inches high, and is suitable for the glasses with a frame height around 1.5 inches. Thank you Astropic Eye Patch

Cuantos parches trae el paquete?

Solo un parche y es muy pequeño

Do these leave space above and below? It's hard to tell in the photos.

They don’t specifically have a flap above and below but because there is a cover both inside the lens and outside the lens it creates good coverage.
