Could I use this to spread slurry on asphalt?

Yes, this floor squeegee would be a great choice for slurry. When the rubber blade on the floor squeegee gets too dirty you can easily buy and replace the blade without having to buy the entire squeegee again. This helps save our customers a lot of money in the long run. When done you can easily hook the pole to store away with convenience. If you are using the floor squeegee for water, make sure the surface is flat and allow it a few minutes to dry after puling the floor squeegee.

Can i use this to lay a floor graphic?

I'm not sure about that. I can tell you, that the first time I used it, it bent. Since then, I have to be careful, which sucks, because when you use a squeegee, you need to put at least a little pressure in to it to move the water across the floor. It's not great quality.
