Written the review after using it for four months. It's very comfortable, easy to operate and sturdy. Bought for my 70y old mom. She likes it so much that she stopped sleeping in her bed in the day time and started using this instead for all her daytime naps. Cushion is very soft, but could attract dust and dirt over the time so use a cotton cloth on top to prevent that. Lock mechanism works like a charm and can hold good weight in all reclining positions. Typical Size to hold an average indian. Quite comfortable. Must buy for the People with GERD problem and food back-flow issue as you wouldn't need to lay flat for after meal naps but can sleep well in a slightly reclined position which prevents GER. Overall a very nice buy!

Easy to assemble as the chair just has to be pulled into position. Material is sturdy enough however the powder coating seems average and rough which might flake later after use. Cushion is soft and functional. Overall happy with the product and value for money.

Bought it on September 2024. Best budget chair with good support, sturdy and comfortable. My parents even sleep in the chair, fully reclined. Only con is that the bottom and back support are compressed and don't know how to fill it. I think filling it would help with more comfort.

I have purchased this Recliner chair during September 2023 and using normally. Of late, I faced a small issue and for clarification I contacted the customer care number. It was really surprising to see response and without any hesitation the manufacturer aggred to replace with new one and supplied a new one. And , I'm so pleased review on the exchanged recliner chair.. It's is really soooo comfort to sit/lay.. The angle of coverage/spread is really tremendous and soooooo happy with the usage including cloth material.. The seating material is really sturdy and in required manner. In fact, I became a 'brand ambassador '😄😄😄 of your product and I used to ask any guest/ friends to experience the comfort of utility and recommend to your product, especially, this model.. Product is great, super comfortable and rigid. But like other comments have already flagged, the image shows grey but they delivered jet black which is hidden in decscription > very misleading. It now appears odd with my Grey furnitures.

Hardware seems to be sturdy, cushion is thick and velvet like fabric provides comfort and smooth feeling. Easy to adjust and light weight to handle.
