2551-22 is a kit with a bag, charger and two batteries (that’s what the last “2” refers to). The 2551-20 is the Tool Only which does not include the bag, charger or batteries.

I depends on the size and what you ar using as attachments to help if they are not impact rated they will break befor you can get the bolt loose I would spray it with some penetrating fluid first
