Will the 25mm glass cabochon fit in these?

What kind of glue or adhesive is best to adhere the cabochons to fit into the trays?

I use a very tiny amount of clear Elmer's glue. It doesn't require much.

Can anyone tell me how much two of the bezels together weigh? Also, are they slightly magnetic?

The best I can tell they are about an ounce each. They are not magnetic.
