I cannot seem to find any information about what the indicators LED's mean and what an abnormal condition looks like ?

There is a list of conditions in the manual that comes with the maintainer (which can also be found online if needed). General rule of thumb, make sure the car's ignition was recently on (within the last 10 - 15 minutes) before plugging in. Then plug in the maintainer and chose the proper mode using the "Mode" button. After that, close the doors and lock the car. If the maintainer is not charging at this point it could be a few things. If the battery is so low that you are getting a battery light or error, the battery needs to be charged. This can be achieved by jumping the car and running it or using the Porsche clamp accessory with this maintainer (95804490075). Once the battery is charged to normal levels, cigarette lighter operations can continue.

Another problem we frequently see is a blown fuse. Any Porsche dealer should be able to test your cigarette lighter to see if the fuse has blown. This is especially common on older model vehicles.

Will this product fit porsche panamera s e hybrid 2014?

This fits all Panamera models (except Hybrid) - 2009+ so it will not work with your Porsche.

Will it work in cigarette lighter on Porsche Macan 2018?

I don’t think so. If the Mayan is like the 911 the cigarette lighter is off when the car is off. The 911 has an auxiliary cigarette style socket on the passenger side up under the dash on the center console. That one is always on and where I plug in the trickle charger. You should check for this socket, most  Porsches Dave one. It’s a great product
