Where is the sizing chart?

I don't think there is one. My husband is 5'6" and weighs about 150 and I got him large and it fits great. I got him a second one because he's hard on clothes. He loves this jacket!!! Hope this helps.

Are the arms wide enough to accommodate a sweatshirt? I don't want tightness around my arms.

This was bought for my husband and he wears sweatshirt all winter long and has had no problem with it being too tight or constricting

What is the temperature rating of this coat?

At 74, I am out throwing frisbees and footballs for my Great Danes with this coat over a thermal sweatshirt. I am finding it very comfortable in our current “teen” weather.
