Only get 1
States pack of 4 but only 1 came, told to return it by customer services and they ordered me another 4. 1 came again. Now have to return the first one. Not happy.

White residue
This used to be my favourite body scrub. However this batch seems to leave a white sandy residue on my skin and exfoliating gloves. I wash with very hot water and at least 1-2 body washes when I use this. You’d think the scrub would dissolve but it doesn’t. It’s a pain to wash off as it sticks to my skin especially the hair at the nape of my neck.
