I love how lightweight and portable they are, which makes it easy to use them at home, at the gym, or even while traveling. These bands are great and hold up quite well as both my husband and I use them Works very well for arm and leg exercises and the price is minimal.

The resistance bands are generally good and serve their purpose well for physical therapy, yoga, and light strength training. I really appreciate that they are non-latex, which is a big plus for anyone with allergies. The stretch and resistance levels are effective, and they’re convenient for at-home workouts. However, I do feel that some bands could be slightly thicker for more intense strength training, and the resistance levels aren’t clearly labeled, which can be a bit confusing at first. While they’re great for rehab and flexibility exercises, advanced users may want something heavier for maximum resistance. Overall, a solid product with minor areas for improvement.

These are absolutely fantastic! I’m replacing some old ones that I had that were an absolute nightmare. They would stick to themselves like plastic wrap and you had to keep pulling them apart and at one point it just became so bad I had to throw them out. These do not stick to themselves at all. They have a lot of stretch and they seem pretty strong. I’m very thrilled with these and the price is right.

These bands work great for both exercise and stretching. They’re lightweight, easy to take anywhere, and still provide good resistance for arm, leg, and rehab-type movements. Good quality and a nice value for the price.

Good. I have a latex allergy and MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity) and have no problems using these. Highly recommend. I’m always hesitant to try these workout bands that are marked latex free since I have other sensitivities, but I’ve had these for years with no issue now :)

These break easily. Without even stretching for they snap. Good value but poor product.
