Can I use this with tea candle?

This 4P Incense burner needs charcoal discs to use your incense. It is not designed for tea candles.

How much does it weight?

Without packing and accessories it weighs approximately 720 Grams.

Um.. how do you light it up? lol, I am used to the tea light ones, that you put the bakhoor on top ?

This is a charcoal based burner which is widely available and not expensive at all. You need to light the charcoal and then add the bakhoor on top once the charcoal turns white.

Does it come with scent and charcoal

No it does not come with charcoal or scent. You need to order charcoal discs and bakhoor incense. Or a resin like frankincense. That’s what I burn anyway :) Hope this helps.
