Love the mild flavor. Great as a hot drink & baking. I tried a roasted carob before did not care for it

I'm trying to stretch my extremely expensive coffee so I alternate with carob powder in the mornings. It's smooth creamy and just as expensive as coffee! YUM! But it doesn't seem to put me on edge like my beloved swp decaf coffee does now, or hot chocolate does.

If you are looking to have a softer chocolate flavor, this is the powder to add to your chocolate dishes. It has a very soft smell that is soothing. It's a very large amount of powder for the price. It does have a mild calming effect. Great for baking and making drinks. It also adds a soft flavor to chocolate drinks.

Taste great but quantity is overpriced

I bought this carob powder specifically because the listing described it as raw and unroasted. However, the bag itself says roasted, and the flavor definitely tastes roasted as well. That said, the grind is nice and fine, and the color looks good.

The zipper on the plastic container is terrible!!! Had to use my own container! Doesn’t worth the money!
