I ordered one size up from normal - usually a large but here I ordered extra large. Seems to fit just fine. I have a 34 inch waist but a big butt and thighs and am happy to say that this fits pretty much as expected. There's a weird tag on the back that I'd prefer not be there but that's not a show stopper. This jock will work well for workouts and just general use.
