These chassis hole dies work great all the way to 10 gauge steel. I don’t know how I got along without them all these years. Easy to use and cuts cleanly. Good value for the price. If you start with a drilled smaller hole you can step up to a larger size die and it still cuts cleanly.

I used this ratchet knockout hole punch driver kit to run conduit through steel siding, and it worked perfectly. The fit was exactly as described, the ratchet mechanism made punching holes effortless, and the kit feels very sturdy and well-made. Made my job much faster and easier—highly recommend for anyone working with metal siding or panels!

Very satisfied especially for the price. This set will punch out 1/2" holes all day long with minimal effort (I've done 26 so far). I have found on the larger die (only using the 3/4” and 1" dies) you need to be pretty liberal with the grease. Im only punching out electrical raceway and j boxes in my shop but I've had to chase out the threads a few times even using nice cutting fluid and thread lubricants. The punch dies themselves are fine and easy to sharpen, it's just the threads on the larger screw fixture that seem a little soft given the torque needed. It's not greenlee but I'm also not a pro. Needs a little TLC every few punches to clean out fines and rechase any galled threads but it's good enough for me and cuts perfect holes. I can't speak for the quality of the ratchet with the set as I prefer to be precise with my hole location and use a box wrench when I'm punching knockouts under 1". Go slow, lubricate your threads, apply even torque. Don't quit after the first "pop", wait for the second pop and then turn it once more to chamfer the edge and it pops through. Overall, I'm very happy. Quality "seems" a step or 2 above a comparable HF set. "No Ragrets". Not even a single letter.

This set is a worthwhile investment. The quality of the cut and the effort savings provided by the ratchet wrench make the work significantly more professional and faster. The price is very accessible for the job it performs, making it highly recommended

If you are a DIYer or professional electrician or simply deal with metalwork this tool is for you, this puncher works on aluminum & pvc electrical boxes with a very minimal effort, I so far used the 1-1/2 & 1-1/4 dies I barely felt any resistance, the cut were very clean, the ratchet tool included is not that of heavy duty but I assume it will work fine based on my experience. I cut 5 holes so far, the hole sizes are very accurate, the overall build is very durable.

This kit is worth the money. High quality. Used for a battery backup / solar installation. Works very well. Used all sizes .

Worked great! I used the 2” size. Only challenge was drilling the 3/4” hole to fit the tool through. Otherwise very easy to use. I like that the kit included a nice ratchet wrench and oil.

Nice piece of kit, leaves a smooth edge and plenty of hole size choices. The pre hole to be drilled first is a bit on the large size to suit the thread, but other then that I like it.
