Taste is alright, bitter after extended periods of chewing, but caffeine content is on point 👌 There is only 100mg per 'tablet' of gum, so I took 2 together, £0.40 at time of writing, so still massively cheaper than buying a coffee. I have used this to stay awake for extended periods of time and as a low-level performance enhancer, and it definitely works. I've seen some other reviews saying it doesn't work- not sure if they're like caffiene tolerant or something, all I can say is it works for me, and KEEP chewing, it took around 5- 10 mins to really feel the effects, so don't stop when the initial flavour of the gym is gone

These gummies are fantastic, they contain enough caffeine to boost energy in the body. Unfortunately, they are becoming more and more expensive🫣🤔

Amazing stuff. Helps me focus. So much cheaper than coffee. I personally find the taste a bit bitter but I get used to it. My friends find the taste unpleasant and prefer coffee but if u wanna save money then get this.

Quick response from the gum. I like that a lot. Other caffein pills take a long time to work for me. Kind of a strong flavor though.

I use these when I've not got the time to make my morning coffee or want a boost during the day. Caffeine taste is a bit funny and takes a little getting acquainted with, but it does what it says on the tin.

i like the product for the idea however the taste needs improving alot! the texture is good and the fast releasing caffeine is good when your out and about, running errands, working etc but the taste really puts me off. If it tasted like airwave, extra spearmint/peppermint I'd be chewing on em all day! All in all, great idea, not so great taste.

Interesting chewing gum, this is the first time I've tried this, and it was recommended to me as their son started using it when they went to uni, and was recommended by their coach. Great alternative to a strong coffee, and is really easy to carry around and take whenever you need. I didn't buy a super large packet, but it seems good value for money.

I've been a runner for many years and first come across this brand from my running club coach who gave me a piece of this gum during a 10k, he advised me to use it around the 5K mark. It was a very hot race, and I was quite spent already at the 5K park due to heat and setting out to quickly. I ended up taking the gum at 5.5K as I had forgotten I had it on me, within a few minutes I had a second wind. I felt completely in the zone and the burst of caffeine really helped me to continue and get my 10K PB. I purchased my own after this race and have continued using them for both training sessions and races. On days where I've been exhausted prior to running and lacking a lot of energy this gum has really given me the boost I need to perform at a high level and get the job done. Now, I know what you're thinking, surely this is a gimmick and it won't work that well? I also thought the same when my Run club coach was talking about it weeks prior to me using it but can honestly assure you this is the real deal. Now, for the only negative, it's a caffeine product -consuming this at late evening will effect your sleep, it is also possible to build a tolerance to this product so I only use it sparingly e.g races or difficult training sessions where I need the boost.
