Every time I put these Swedish sugar pearls on my pastries everybody loves them. I do a lot of baking. I know her and I use them sparingly because less is more very very satisfied. I order often.

This is the right stuff
If you bake kanelbullar (Swedish cinnamon rolls), this is exactly what you need. It's just the right size with the right crunch and it doesn't melt in the oven. I've made my own pearl sugar from confectioners sugar, but this is so much more uniform (and a lot less work).

Pearl sugar is so tasty on waffles or pancakes, as well as on traditional Swedish breads and brioche. They are my favorite breakfast bread topping. The package lasts a surprisingly long time.
